Over the past 2 years, DaVita has progressed from an ad-hoc test approach to advanced tools, techniques and processes to create a solid testing practice. More importantly, they have discovered the importance of building a culture of quality on top of processes and tools that connects testing to the business values throughout the lifecycle. This case study will explore how DaVita built a best in class software QA process while still creating a “Culture of Quality” throughout the IT team to meet their mission of providing the best kidney care in the world.
