Track: Test Strategy, Process and Design
We like to say that “Customers Define Quality” but often find it difficult to put that value into practice. In this session, we will review a set of practices that pull customers into the testing process at all stages of the software life-cycle.
- Why it is important to pay special attention to customers when designing a test strategy.
- 10 strategies to prepare the QA team to be strong customer advocates.
- 12 practices to use during the software life-cycle to effectively build quality into your products.
